Standard Prints have a 2 x 3 ratio of width and height.
(8 x 12, 12 x 18, 18 x 24 etc)
Below are 8 x 12 prints that are matted and ready to frame in 11 x14 frames. All prints have been dry mounted to prevent wrinkling of your print, then matted with acid free mats. I then sign the finished piece and place it in a clear plastic protector suitable for gift giving.
"A Golden Day"
Maroon Bells – Aspen, Colorado
The sun is warm upon the golden leaves at Maroon Bells today. The breeze lightly caresses each leaf and blade of grass. This is one of those blissful days to just sit back and try to imagine how God can create such beauty and contentment, and then allow us to be so blessed to enjoy it.
Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado
This bull elk is taking a rest while he watches closely over his grazing prize. He may need his strength later in order to keep them if a challenger comes calling and a fight ensues. The Shawnee Indians had seen this autumn ritual many times and called these animals ‘Wapiti’ meaning, “white rump”.
American Basin – Lake City, Colorado
The day is done with the last rays of the sun fading in the mountaintops and evening settling into the basin. The virgin pure water now gracefully plays its wedding march as it is graced with living lace and drops of yellow sunshine to remember the glorious day it has had.
Mount Evans - Idaho Springs, Colorado
Even the best of climbers may have trouble keeping up with these guys. Mountain goats spend their life’s climbing to places we can barely imagine. Mount Evans offers a unique opportunity to observe goats going about their daily affairs with such things as raising a family or just basking in the sun.
American Basin – Lake City, Colorado
Great Divide Basin – South Pass, Wyoming
For many months pioneers looked forward to the site of the Oregon Buttes that would guide their way to Oregon, California, or Utah as the trail splits just a few miles from here. Wild horses roam this land now and remind us of a bygone time when horses were not the only tough and hearty bunch.
